Winter Jam 2017 at Moda Center Huge Success

When looking for things to do in Portland, one of the most commonly accessible events is musical events. Music events tend to be one of the best ways to spend time, meet new people and engage in fresh and interesting opportunities. That being said, finding a concert that you know you’ll love takes a bit more work and effort than many people realize.

In fact, it’s one of the hardest things to work out; despite being one of the best things to do in Portland, knowing who to go and watch is hard. Recently, though, the excellent Winter Jam event was held at the Moda Center in Portland. It was a huge hit, and really got the place rocking. If you are looking to enjoy a more out-there experience, then something like Friday’ festivities might be one of the best ways to do just that!

Held on the 17th November, this event was a huge success as many turned up for the pre-jam party to enjoy a really engaging, immersive show. Some big names were on show at the event, from the eloquent Dan Bremnes to the hyperactive Family Force Five. The whole experience might seem a little out-there for some, but Winter Jam has been a huge success this year.

Thanks to the sponsorship of the likes of Texas Transeastern, Liberty University and the Connections Academy, everyone got to enjoy a wholesome and enjoyable night. Without doubt, it was the perfect way for people to spend a Friday night; surrounded by fun, exciting people with everyone just there to have a good time and let their hair down after a hard week!

Truly Exceptional

As by far and away the largest annual tour for Christian music, this event was one that brought people from all sides of the world together. One thing that makes such an experience as this so worthwhile is the unique fun and interaction with people who come from such varying backgrounds. Christianity brings people together from all across the world, and this tour helps to bring them all together in cities across the world.

This was no different, with people enjoy a unique Christian music festival that was truly for those with an open mind and a big heart. Across the tour, this wonderful event went down without a single issue as some of the top names in the industry played together and put on an absolutely outstanding show experience.

One of the most important parts of the whole experience at an event like this is that people get to come together and just have fun. Mingling, getting to know one another and engaging in a joint love of quality music? What more could you ask for on a Friday night?

This tour comes around every year, so if you never made it to this wonderful event last Friday as recommend that you try get here again in the next year. The tour is one of the most exciting dates on the Christian calendar for a reason, after all!

Out of all the things to do in Portland, then, coming to Winter Jam might just be one of the most wholesome and enjoyable.
