Disneyland and California Adventure Spring Break

Spring break comes but once a year. The time frame may be different amongst districts, but all can enjoy the same perks! A week off school and work to kick into the season of Spring! On our spring break, we took the entire family on a road trip from Oregon to sunny California. Of course the best part of the trip was destination, Disneyland!
As if one park is not enough, the Disneyland ticket hopper pass allows one to get unlimited access to both Disneyland and California Adventure. The two parks are conveniently adjacent to one another, both providing an array of attractions for all types and ages. This year marked our 6th Disneyland vacation and to say we are looking forward to our 7th, is an understatement. Here are a few tips we’d like to share with.

Tip #1, Make sure to put on your most comfortable pair of shoes.
Tip #2 Start started the day at Toon Town because that’s at the end of the park. Most people will work their way from the front of the park to the back.
Tip #3 Many of the great rides in both parks offer Fast Pass. Fast Pass makes for a real quick ride entry, so make your way to the Fast Pass distributor.

Both Disneyland and California Adventure have countless of rides, ranging from the Indiana Jones, to the Pirates of the Caribbeans, to Radiator Springs and there is sure to be something for all ages. The nightly entertainment is like none else… from the Disneyland character parade, to California’s Pixar, to the World of Color! My favorite is always the mesmerizing fireworks show.

Our spring break trip was like a roller coaster. It had ups and downs. One of the high parts of our trip was going to  Disneyland, and the low part was having to pack up and say goodbye. In our family, Disneyland is our special place that allows our family to bond and to forever remember.
